Take advantage of Web Seminars (Webinars) both to learn and to provide information to prospects. There are a number of good tools you can use to create and deliver your own presentations at very low cost.

Most business owners need more time. Leverage the internet to gain more time, and have information come to you rather than having to seek it out. Most web sites offer RSS feeds, and many offer informational newsletters by email. Forums and newsgroups offer email summaries which can be sent daily or weekly. Determine what topics are critical in your industry, locate good sources, and have them feed you the information.

RSS feed sites - DirectoryWhat is RSS?

Build a custom web home page using any of the major news sites or search engines that meet your needs. Fill it with RSS feeds and dashboard tools that you can use to keep current at a glance. Make it your home page.

Use separate email addresses for your different roles, and forward them to folders in your inbox you can review on your schedule. For example personal@mycompany.com , purchasing@mycompany.com, sales@mycompany.com, newsletters@mycompany.com newplumbingparts@myplumbingcompany.com etc. Forward newsletters to appropriate folders by signing up under the appropriate email address.
