 Contracting with Local, State, and Federal Agencies

What you need to know when contracting with state, local, and federal agencies.

 

  • Contracts are awarded to companies and or individuals who have successfully demonstrated their ability to accept a request for proposal (RFP) and manage, train, supervise a project through to completion.
  • They need to be able to have sufficient funding sources available to them.
  • Companies should have a well trained well qualified work crew ready for work.
  • Companies are required to have insurance bonding available for all projects.
