What can my business do to help local small business?
The CCSBDC plays a major role in making a positive impact in the local economy through its business services. Each year, the CCSBDC assists more than 1,000 business owners through consulting services that are underwritten by its sponsors. The CCSBDC also provides technical assistance and low priced workshops. These programs are funded in part by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). In order to retain SBA funding, the CCSBDC needs to develop matching funds from visionary local businesses and organizations. These investments permit the CCSBDC to continue its valuable assistance to small businesses.
What benefits can I expect from contributing?
Your contribution will assure the continuation and expansion of the proven SBDC counseling and training programs that are fueling economic growth in Central California. Your donation will also result in helping the SBDC achieve its mission of connecting small businesses with the business and professional resources they need to grow and prosper.
Whether you have directly benefited in the past from SBDC assistance or you simply share the vision of building a strong support network for small business, please consider becoming a "Friend of the SBDC".
Your tax-deductible donation in any amount will serve as matching funds to attract federal funding.
Workshop Sponsorships
Workshop sponsors receive the benefit of having their name predominately displayed on workshop advertisements, have the opportunity to briefly introduce their company to workshop attendees, and receive the satisfaction of helping others achieve success in the business community.
